Kelly Waller is the Secondary ELA and Literacy Specialist with the Indiana Department of Education. Before joining the department, Kelly worked as a high school English teacher at a large, urban high school in Indianapolis. Kelly earned her bachelor's degree from Ball State University in English Education and earned her MBA and Administrator's License from Indiana University as a part of the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship.
