Carrie Rosebrock has taught middle school and high school English for over 13 years. She is the Professional Learning Specialist for English for the Central Indiana Educational Services Center. She presents at local, state, and national conferences about literacy, writing, and the power of PLCs. She serves as a consultant for local school districts and organizations, and is the co-author of the book Arrows: A Systems Based Approach to School Leadership. She was the former English Administrator for Brownsburg Community School Corporation.
