This session will focus on strategies educators can use to develop relationships that support families, children, and teachers. It will focus on ways to facilitate back and forth sharing of information with families to collect assessment information and gain information about children, even in a distance learning scenario. Finally, participants will examine ways to extend children’s learning at home and support families in involvement with their children’s learning.
Learning Outcomes:
• Discuss strategies used for developing strong partnerships that support families, children, and teachers.
• Develop strategies for partnering with families to collect assessment information.
• Explore the features of The Creative Curriculum® Cloud that aide in planning and communication with families.
